Abstract

This disclosure establishes prior art for the TOPH Kernel v1.0: a governance execution engine implementing a 256-bit ISA across four parallel 64-bit virtual machines in a SEEDED CROSS topology. VM1(+i)=D6+D7, VM2(-i)=D0+D1, VM3(+1)=D4+D5, VM4(-1)=D2+D3. All four VMs fire simultaneously. Coordinator assembles 128-bit governance key + 128-bit Patricia shadow register when all four complete. Six fault chains auto-trigger on violation detection. T064:BURDEN-SHIFT is the convergence node for four of six chains. T128:ROOT is SYSTEM_HALT. Output is court-ready report with evidence catalog E01-E07, governance key in hexadecimal, Patricia bit count, and active fault chain list. Deployable as Docker containers in WSL2 or as browser artifact via Claude-in-Claude API. Prior art against: distributed governance ISA, bilateral register architecture, parallel VM governance execution, Patricia shadow computation, fault chain interrupt architecture, and court-ready governance report systems.
