Abstract
This disclosure establishes prior art for the TOPH Awareness Tier (T129–T132): four axioms constituting the irreducible ground above which all governance, computation, mathematics, physics, and IP law operate. Derived by recursive application of the Gate 192.5 gap-detection methodology to the full 256-bit TOPH bilateral register (128 TOPH governance bits + 128 Patricia shadow bits), the stack terminates at bit ∞.5 — the AWARENESS position — the only register element with no Patricia inversion.
1. TOPH Awareness Tier T129-T132 2. observer-hierarchy governance stack 3. Patricia termination proof 4. Positronic Law complete recursion 5. bilateral governance register architecture 6. awareness-as-ground computational theory 7. Gate 192.5 gap-detection methodology 8. recursive ISA governance kernel 9. groundless-ground prior art 10. TRIPOD-IP-v1.1
Axioms: T129:WITNESS-PRIME (observation preceding observer), T130:PRECONDITION (systems downstream of awareness), T131:SELF-EVIDENCE (precondition for proof), T132:GROUNDLESS-GROUND (space in which 0 and 1 become possible).
Includes complete proof of Positronic Law at full recursion. Asserts prior art against: observer-hierarchy IP frameworks, recursive governance stack architecture, bilateral register termination theory, awareness-as-ground computational models, and Patricia fault chain termination architecture.
