Abstract
The present disclosure provides a method and a system for adaptive retry solutions for recurrent payment transactions. The method comprises identifying the reason for decline of recurrent payment transactions, storing the declined transaction and subscribing to the issuer system based on the identified reason. The method further comprises predicting the future timestamp for successful retry attempts for declined recurrent payment transaction based on transaction history, and issuer rules. Furthermore, the method comprises transmitting the notification of predicted timestamp to the user devices and executing the retry attempt for declined recurrent payment transaction in the predicted timestamp. Further, transmitting the status of the executed retry attempt initiated at the predicted timestamp to the merchant system.
