Abstract

GCI Hydrocarbon Normalization & Mechanical Fuel Conditioning Platform (v1.5)

This technical architecture outlines the builder-ready integration and test-bench realization of the GCI Hydrocarbon Normalization & Mechanical Fuel Conditioning Platform (v1.5). By unifying multi-system innovations across the Caldwell open-hardware portfolio—specifically integrating biomimetic fishbone micro-channel flow conditioning from the Mechanic’s Battery (GCI #288-ULTRA), Helmholtz acoustic resonance and microbubble cavitation arrays from CVNR-F1.5, high-velocity convergent-divergent shear mechanics from VETI-3.0, anisotropic CTE-tuned thermal control from the Arachne v8.7 substrate, and gyroid-lattice thermal buffering from Forgecell Prime—this platform provides a completely mechanical, non-catalytic method for processing complex hydrocarbon streams.

The system achieves continuous molecular chain scission, gum precursor elimination, and viscosity homogenization with a 50% to 55% reduction in parasitic pressure drop and significantly lower mechanical energy input. Released into the public domain under the CERN-OHL-P permissive license, the complete builder-ready specification provides precise engineering parameters, material callouts, and test-bench commissioning protocols designed for immediate fabrication, validation, and real-world deployment.
