Abstract
This technical specification details the operational evolution of The GCI Vortex Sentinel (AV-1), an open-hardware, zero-filter micro-pollutant remediation platform designed for municipal and coastal water systems. By implementing a "Concentrate-First" fluidic architecture, the system isolates high-density microplastics and persistent fluorosurfactants (PFAS) into a 5% side stream while outputting 95% certified clean effluent.
The architecture unifies core innovations across the Caldwell open-hardware portfolio—integrating inertial and acoustic separation from the Omni-Vortex Integrator (OVI-1) and UAAP-2.0, controlled microbubble nucleation from the VMR Titan v2.5-T core, precise harmonic frequency stabilization from the CMRS-1 controller, structural thermal management from the Arachne-Chip-2.0 interposer, and passive thermal buffering from the Forgecell Prime gyroid jacket. The resulting acoustic-plasma mineralization core breaks recalcitrant C-F bonds without chemical additives or consumable filter cartridges.
