Abstract
The Caldwell Composite Lumber Manufacturing System (CLMS‑1.0) is a mobile + industrial open‑hardware architecture designed to convert disaster wood debris — including broken studs, soaked lumber, fallen trees, branches, plywood fragments, cabinetry, furniture, and cellulose waste — into high‑strength composite lumber using the inventor’s VETI‑3.0 (Vortex Ejector Tip Integrated) system.
CLMS‑1.0 produces lumber that is:

fire‑resistant

extremely low‑cost

made entirely from debris
