Abstract
The Caldwell Structural Block Manufacturing System (SBMS‑1.0) is a mobile + industrial open‑hardware architecture designed to convert disaster debris — including concrete, brick, stone, drywall, wood fibers, silt, clay, and mixed aggregates — into high‑strength gyroid‑lattice structural blocks using the inventor’s Sanitized Block‑2.0 system.
SBMS‑1.0 produces structural blocks that are:

fire‑resistant

flood‑resistant

thermally stable

extremely low‑cost

made entirely from debris
