Abstract

The Caldwell Reclamation Center (CRC‑1.0) is a permanent, state‑level open‑hardware facility designed to process disaster debris at industrial scale. CRC‑1.0 receives debris from Mobile Processing Units (MPU‑1.0), county drop‑off zones, municipal trucks, military vehicles, and private contractors.

CRC‑1.0 converts debris into:

  • Premium gasoline (91–98 RON)

  • Bio‑oil and bio‑char

  • Structural gyroid blocks

  • Composite lumber

  • Fertilizer pellets

  • Clean water

  • Soil amendments

  • Metal‑glass composites

CRC‑1.0 is designed for continuous operation, off‑grid resilience, low‑infrastructure deployment, and economic self‑sufficiency.
