Abstract

The Caldwell Mobile Processing Unit (MPU‑1.0) is a skid‑mounted or truck‑mounted open‑hardware system designed to process disaster debris on‑site, eliminating the need for hauling debris to landfills. Using vortex‑acoustic, cavitation‑plasma, molten‑salt, and gyroid‑structural technologies, MPU‑1.0 converts mixed debris into:

• Premium gasoline (91–98 RON)

• Bio‑oil and bio‑char

• Structural gyroid blocks

• Composite lumber

• Fertilizer pellets

• Clean water

• Soil amendments

MPU‑1.0 is compatible with garbage trucks (PTO), military 6×6 trucks, water tenders, semi‑trailers, and skid platforms.
