Abstract

The Caldwell On‑Site Fuel Production System (OFPS‑1.0) is a mobile + industrial open‑hardware architecture that converts disaster debris — including plastics, organics, wood, paper, textiles, carpet fibers, and sewage organics — into premium gasoline (91–98 RON) using vortex‑acoustic pre‑conditioning and molten‑salt cavitation‑plasma refining.

OFPS‑1.0 integrates two major Caldwell inventions:

  • VABR‑2.0 — Vortex‑Acoustic Bio‑Refinery

  • CVNR‑F1.5 — Vortex‑Cavitation Molten‑Salt Fuel Refinery

Together, these systems form the world’s first mobile disaster‑zone fuel refinery, capable of producing fuel on‑site, eliminating supply chain delays, powering emergency vehicles, and generating revenue for rebuilding.
