Abstract
The present invention relates to solid-state forms of camizestrant, including crystalline polymorphs, amorphous forms, co-crystals, solvates, hydrates, and amorphous solid dispersions. The invention further provides processes for their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions comprising these forms. These solid forms exhibit improved physicochemical properties such as solubility, stability, and bioavailability, making them suitable for therapeutic applications.
