Abstract
Present disclosure provides systems, methods, and computer program products for multi-agent collaboration. A system includes at least one processor configured to generate, with a first software agent, an account holder profile based on transaction data for previous payment transactions, generate, with a second software agent, a plurality of merchant profiles for a plurality of merchants based on the stored transaction data and on external data, receive a query comprising a merchant name and context data, in response to the query, determine a matching merchant profile from the plurality of merchant profiles based on the merchant name and the context data, and generate a response to the query based on the matching merchant profile.
