Abstract
GCI #282 Phoenix-Cracker v2.0 mounts as the Car B reactor module on the GCI Universal Conditioning Train chassis. It is designed for the 80°C bulk conversion of clean PE/PP waste and waste motor oil (3:1 ratio) into high-purity synthetic diesel (C10–C20).
Physics: The GCI #18 J-Groove Manifold accelerates the pressurized slurry through a Tungsten Carbide Venturi Nozzle. This creates hydrodynamic cavitation "hotspots" (>5,000 K) that enable non-equilibrium polyolefin scission without 400°C+ pyrolysis. H-ZSM-5 Zeolite bed performs molecular polishing.
