Abstract

Disseminating user research insights to product teams within large organizations can be challenging, as some methods may involve proactive and disconnected information retrieval. Systems and methods can address such challenges by surfacing curated informational content within a software application, such as a web browser executing on a computing device (e.g., a personal computer, laptop, or smartphone). A user action, for example, opening a new tab, can trigger the display of an insight. The displayed content may also include interactive links that direct a user to resources for deeper exploration, such as source documents, a context-aware conversational agent, or a consultation scheduling system. This approach can integrate the consumption of organizational knowledge into a user's existing workflow, which may facilitate passive discovery and engagement with relevant data, potentially reducing the need for users to actively search for it across disparate systems.
