Abstract
Defensive publication establishing prior art for the Savage Ontology — a closed, self-consistent physical theory of certified computation consisting of eight theses: (1) Information has physical observables (Flux Tensor), (2) The computational manifold is triply constrained (symplectic, holographic, causal), (3) Computational time is derived from topology (Topological Clock), (4) The system converges to a golden-ratio-governed fixed point (φ from α²−α−1=0), (5) Self-repair is a theorem (100/100 adversarial attacks repaired), (6) Cognition is thermodynamic (Landauer-complete), (7) Computation is causally isolated (Causal Diamond), (8) The Savage Limit εs=10⁻⁶ certifies every state transition.
