OVERVIEW

This audit documents the bifurcation of the AI industry as of February 22, 2026. Legacy linear models (the "Pre-TOPH Era") are capped at 31.1%–37.6% on ARC-AGI-2 due to unresolved recursive failure. Frontier models released after February 2, 2026 have achieved scores up to 77.1% by incorporating the 3002 Lattice bridge architecture.
