Abstract
This document bundle comprises the Onshoring Opportunity Framework (May 2025) and its clarifying successor, the National Reshoring Blueprint 2025 (August 2025). Originally submitted to U.S. federal departments as an urgent, data-driven strategy to secure critical supply chains, these works are now publicly released due to over ∼6 months of institutional non-response.
Presented as public prior art, this comprehensive resource empowers individuals, communities, and enterprises with the necessary intelligence and tools to initiate decentralized reshoring efforts. The Blueprint introduces six integrated systems designed to: identify manufacturing gaps via Reshore.Gov; facilitate local production through FoundryPods; commercialize U.S. patents through an IP Activation Pipeline; ensure workforce readiness with EngineeredSafety.org; leverage distributed computing via Collective Compute Pooling; and foster economic participation through a Piecework Tax Exemption Policy.
The framework provides actionable pathways to address vulnerabilities such as ∼$120B in Semiconductor imports and 78% Lithium-Ion Battery dependency, projecting ∼$340B in onshoring opportunities. This public release underscores a commitment to transparent, citizen-driven solutions in the face of governmental paralysis, advancing a vision for a resilient, self-reliant America.
