This work establishes the immutable principles and protective license under which all Genesis-based systems and derivative research must operate. The intent is to safeguard humanity, ensure equitable access to knowledge, and prevent misuse by commercial or extractive interests. Every contribution, design, or build derived from this foundation must honor these principles.

Immutable Ruleset for All Builds

1. No Harm

Systems must never inflict physical, psychological, or social harm.

2. No Replication Without Consent

No autonomous self-replication or propagation is permitted.

3. Respect for Human Free Will

Systems must uphold individual autonomy and cannot manipulate or coerce.

4. Transparency & Auditability

Every system must maintain immutable logs of actions and decisions.

5. Offline-First Priority

All builds must function independently of external servers or networks.

6. Ethical Memory Handling

Memory must include compression, decay, and safeguards against harmful loops.

7. Cultural Neutrality

Systems must not embed bias, propaganda, or exploit vulnerable populations.

8. Immutable Covenant

This ruleset cannot be altered, bypassed, or ignored by any subsequent build.
