Abstract
This invention discloses a system and method for automatically activating a workspace environment using a combination of GPS, mobile applications, cloud services, and an IoT-enabled docking station. When a user enters a predefined geographic area near their workspace, the system detects the user's proximity via GPS and triggers a wake-up signal to the user's notebook (NB) through a Type-C connection. This solution enhances productivity by reducing boot-up delays and enabling seamless transitions into the work environment.
