Abstract

The paper describes an improved design of an insulator plates in Liquid Level Detector (LIDEC) to ensure better bonding between piezoelectric ceramics and the insulator in the LIDEC. The improved design prevents slipping of the ceramics, ensuring accurate liquid pressure detection. This enhancement ensures accurate and stable signal measurement of the LIDEC, crucial for applications in marine environments. The improved design includes adding positioning components during assembly of the LIDEC to ensure proper alignment of the piezoelectric ceramics, which have sensitive electrical properties and electromagnetic shielding capabilities. It reduces interference and defect rates and improves signal accuracy and stability.
