Abstract
Techniques proposed herein leverage advanced software improvements to optimize the use of underutilized redundant hardware. By implementing intelligent software, the proposed techniques can effectively rotate the utilization of hardware components and also reduce power consumption of the hardware as it ages. Thus, the proposed techniques achieve maximum performance, minimize energy consumption caused by hardware aging, and normalize cost at the end of product life.
