Abstract
This document presents a new method for smart scaling, positioning, and cropping of images for printing. The approach uses internal image components for sizing, rather than overall image boundaries, to achieve precise dimensions in a single print. A program allows users to select a sub-portion of an image for accurate physical sizing using a calibrated printer. The process eliminates the traditional trial-and-error method, ensuring accurate results. Additionally, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) enhances user experience by automating region selection and following human language instructions for complex layout options.
