Abstract
This disclosure describes multi-agent artificial intelligence techniques to support operations centers. Per the techniques, a set of interacting artificial intelligence (AI) agents collaborate with and support humans in delivering the services of an operations center, such that services provided by the operations center are based on a hybrid of human and artificial intelligence. The hybrid model augments human capabilities with AI to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency. A three-layered architecture includes system agents, which operate specialized tasks within specific tools; a process layer that coordinates the system agents; and user agents that serve as an interface between the multi-agent ecosystem and human end users.
