Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a process for the preparation of 2-[3,5-dichloro-4-(5-isopropyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yloxy)phenyl]-3,5-dioxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazine-6-carbonitrile represented by the following structural formula-1, which is referred to as Resmetirom.
