Abstract
This disclosure proposes a solution for the remote users in an online video conference with multiple camera setup to create a more inclusive hybrid work environment. Remote workers in hybrid meetings are at a disadvantage because they can't interact with people and objects in the same way as in-person workers. This can lead to reduced participation and engagement. Additionally, people naturally pay attention to different things at the same time, but video conferencing technology doesn't support this well. We propose a video conferencing solution that enables remote participants to select their desired view from multiple camera views and zoom in on any object/person of interest, creating a more inclusive hybrid work environment.
