Abstract
Electrode arrays include a first electrode, a second electrode, and an electrically insulating material positioned between and separating the first electrode and the second electrode. A coating is applied over the first electrode, second electrode, and electrically insulating material. The coating includes a first conductive portion over the first electrode, a second conductive portion over the second electrode, and an insulating portion over the electrically insulating material. Additional related systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.
