Abstract

This paper describes a system and a method to provide video content among multiple client computers. The entire system consists of a collection of N*N*N*N number of client computers, a collection of N*N*N*N number of proxy servers, a collection of N*N number of request managing servers, a collection of N*N number of video content broadcasting servers and a collection of N*N number of geographically categorized regions. The entire collection of client computers, the entire collection of proxy servers, the entire collection of request managing servers and the entire collection of video content broadcasting servers are evenly structured into the multiple geographically categorized regions. The video content broadcasting servers gather information relevant to the requests made for video content downloads by the client computers. In order to gather the information relevant to the requests for video content downloads made by the client computers, the video content broadcasting servers will utilize the collection of request managing servers and the collection of proxy servers. In addition to that, the video content holding servers will utilize the proxy servers to provide the video content to the relevant client computers. The video content holding servers will utilize logical network formations created using the proxy servers in order to distribute the video content among multiple client computers.
