Abstract
A quantitative framework for application release is described, which includes techniques for quantifying application release for a variety of binaries, including mobile binaries and a server binary. The techniques include receiving data from a developer tool for storage as a scenario, determining a composite latency and/or a composite reliability associated with latency and/or reliability including the scenario, and transmitting an alert if the composite latency is above a threshold and/or if the composite reliability is below a threshold.
