Abstract
In this disclosure, we propose a method for direct detection by screen pixels based on micro-LED design. The purpose is to leverage the characteristic of PN diode to switch LED mode and Light sensor mode and integrated into pixel. With this design, panel can detect object or human body through pixel. And the system can decide how many pixels on the panel need to be switched as light sensor according to the different application.
