Abstract
How often, in this busy world in which we work, has a meeting invitee forgotten to join a meeting (in time or at all)? Let's be honest—it happens all the time and sometimes it's important that a particular invitee is present, particularly for meetings in which other attendees are relying on the invitee's input during a meeting. Techniques presented herein provide for the ability for an absent invitee for a meeting to receive a reminder to join the potentially forgotten and, more importantly, potentially vital meeting when the absent invitee's name is mentioned during the meeting.
