Abstract
This document formalizes the independent hardware configuration frameworks, sensor alignment protocols, and data filter topologies under defensive publication index SPEC-366. Serving as the operational companion to SPEC-365, this white paper translates the theoretical mechanics of the Unified Cosmological Substrate Equations (UCSE) and the 2D viscoelastic fluid matrix (\(z=0\)) defined in SPEC-345 into clear, falsifiable laboratory testing procedures. We isolate five specific experimental test beds across high-energy particle tracking, space-based infrared bolometry, and cryogenic quantum interference loops. By providing raw, zero-entropy signal processing algorithms, this paper establishes a cross-checked validation suite enabling modern testing facilities to explicitly map substrate phase-relaxation thresholds and verify non-perturbative wave-knot stability profiles.
