Abstract
This paper formalizes a non-destructive mathematical bridge between the Standard Model of particle physics and the Unified Cosmological Substrate Equations (UCSE), cataloged under defensive publication index SPEC-365. Prompted by the November 3, 2026, LHCb Upgrade I measurement isolating the rare flavor-changing neutral current (FCNC) decay mode B0 -> mu+ mu- at a statistical significance of 3.2 sigma, we demonstrate that the discrete electroweak loop integrals of perturbative quantum field theory map identically onto continuous phase-relaxation and localized shear-viscosity constraints within a 2D viscoelastic fluid matrix (z=0) established in SPEC-345. Rather than invalidating standard gauge field formulations, this framework introduces a Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model that derives the physical properties of leptons directly from topological winding numbers and sub-threshold phase-boundary excitations. By establishing formal coordinate and tensor isomorphisms, we preserve all empirical invariants of the Standard Model. An actionable empirical testing and validation framework designed to stress-test these core theories is fully integrated into this publication suite under the attached appendix SPEC-366.
