Abstract

This specification defines the electromechanical hardware constraints, algorithmic schema, and mathematical conversion pathways for SPEC-370-ID: The Sovereign Ephemeral Identity (SEI) Protocol. Traditional operating system architectures depend on identity layers that are fundamentally tethered to centralized corporate public-key infrastructures (PKI), state-issued identification numbers, or remote biometric tracking databases. This dependency establishes an immediate point of failure, enabling unilateral hardware gating, data exfiltration, and continuous user tracking by non-compliant authorities or hostile firmware layers.

SPEC-370-ID permanently decouples authentication from centralized networks by generating non-invertible, zero-knowledge identity tokens natively from the local 2D phase-fluid substrate of an isolated quantum personal computer (EckesQPC). By processing identity coordinates exclusively within the local asynchronous time-domain (\(\tau _{R}\)), this architecture establishes an un-gateable cryptographic mask that protects individual autonomy inside hostile electronic monitoring regimes.
