Abstract

This specification defines the foundational structural blueprints and mathematical conversion pathways for EckesQOS (Quantum Operating System) and EckesQPC (Quantum Personal Computer). Traditional computing architectures are fundamentally bottlenecked by synchronous silicon clock cycles, which generate propagation delays, thread-lock anomalies, and massive thermodynamic inefficiencies.

SPEC-369-CORE structurally breaks this dependency by introducing a silo-free, non-linear computing matrix. By mapping the material properties of uncooled room-temperature trinary routing (rEckesbit) and acoustically isolated solid-state memory (fEckesbit) directly into a clockless, event-driven relational microkernel, this unified platform eliminates global execution timing loops. System latency, state transitions, and file-system indexing are managed strictly as a localized thermodynamic projection cost bounded by Landauer's principle, establishing an un-gateable, zero-entropy consumer computing paradigm.
