Abstract

This white paper establishes a formal mathematical and structural bridge between the experimental relational time framework demonstrated by the University of Birmingham (Barontini et al., 2026) and the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model established within the Eckes defensive publishing repository. Traditional quantum cosmology faces the "problem of time" via the Wheeler-DeWitt equation, wherein the global coordinate timeline completely vanishes. Barontini et al. empirically resolved this within an isolated macro-quantum body of 24,000 Rubidium-87 atoms by demonstrating that time emerges internally via the coarse-grained entropic exchange between an observed sub-sector and a traced-out dark sub-sector. This paper provides rigorous analytical proof that the syntax used in the cold-atom system maps to identical quantitative outputs within the Eckes Unified Cosmological Substrate Equations (UCSE). We explicitly delineate between proven operational parities—grounded by Landauer's thermodynamic erasure boundaries—and unproven strategic cosmological expansions designed to resolve high-redshift galactic maturity paradoxes. Computational verification protocols are supplied via algorithmic scripts.
