Abstract
The present disclosure relates to crystalline form of 4[6-(diethylaminomethyl) naphthalen-2-yl] methyl[4(hydroxycarbamoyl) phenyl] carbamate, is represented by following structural formula (I) and its process for the preparation thereof.

The present disclosure further relates to use of [6-(diethylaminomethyl) naphthalen-2-yl] methyl[4(hydroxycarbamoyl) phenyl] carbamate of Formula (I) for the preparation of [6-(diethylaminomethyl) naphthalen-2-yl] methyl[4(hydroxycarbamoyl) phenyl] carbamate hydrochloride monohydrate, is represented by following structural formula (II).
