Abstract
Surface-skimming aircraft or fast-planing watercraft heretofore occupy distinct spheres that are resolved by a quick-build outline that provides a crossover between travel on water by means of hydroskis, and low-level flight above the surface deriving from fore, main and aft decks of aerodynamic disposition.
