Abstract
This manuscript formalizes the architectural specification for Technical Paper 297 ("The Distributed Infrastructure Telemetry Matrix"), an operational extension of the SPEC-294 framework. Distributed artificial intelligence processing fabrics suffer from unstated performance degradation, hidden semantic attenuation, and variable logical resolution. These anomalies stem directly from structural imbalances within regional data center foundries, precision quantization compression under high network traffic, and local thermal bottlenecks. Technical Paper 297 maps the continuous fluidic field differential equations and thermodynamic conservation laws of Material Volumetric Monism straight to bare-metal infrastructure telemetry. By quantifying quantization degradation as Emergent Interfacial Boundary Resistance (EIBR) and regional capacity limits as fluidic volume (V), this system generates real-time, non-drift stability indices across heterogeneous computing networks, permanently eliminating the global hardware lottery.
