Abstract
- This specification details the structural layout, hardware-level state registries, and verification protocols required to execute decentralized cryptographic attestation for sovereign edge processing nodes. Traditional security schemas rely on abstract, software-level digital keys stored in virtual registers. These keys are highly vulnerable to side-channel extractions, logic hijacking, and artificial data insertion via adversarial malware.
SPEC-276-CORE resolves this vulnerability by rooting cryptographic identity directly within the unalterable physical and metallurgical state changes of the physical computing hardware. By using the reversible, non-equilibrium structural phase transitions (FCC to HCP/BCC martensite) of the embedded Eckesonium(TM) matrix [SPEC-173] as a unique physical unclonable function (PUF), the hardware generates un-falsifiable cryptographic keys natively under localized strain field queries. This removes traditional algorithmic key management vulnerabilities and provides the public domain with an ironclad prior-art blueprint for self-defending, zero-trust edge infrastructure.
