Abstract
This disclosure provides the definitive atomic-scale wetting functions, interfacial rubbing friction matrices, and non-equilibrium boundary conditions required to structurally stabilize the interface where liquid Galinstan or EGaIn contacts a solid-state Chromium-Nitride (Cr-N) transition buffer. Traditional microfluidic models assume a static, non-wetting slip condition that triggers unpredictable boundary layer cavitation and heavy localized viscous losses under high-velocity pump cadences.
SPEC-265-CORE resolves this bottleneck by implementing the Covariant Dynamic Sieve (CDS) network function at the atomic layer interface. By controlling the stoichiometric Nitrogen concentration within the 5 μm thick Cr-N layer to match the localized Stacking Fault Energy (SFE) profile of the underlying substrate, the system enforces a perfectly uniform, partial-wetting fluidic film. This configuration eliminates localized boundary layer detachment and neutralizes interfacial rubbing friction, providing an open prior-art blueprint for lossless, high-velocity magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) thermal networks.
