Abstract

This disclosure provides the definitive geometric equations, boundary layer friction constraints, and computational optimization rules required to eliminate localized turbulent recirculation zones inside the microvascular fluidic channels of the TECTONEX spaceframe chassis. Standard microfluidic architectures experience catastrophic structural degradation and severe pressure-head drops when high-viscosity working fluids hit sharp, right-angle branchings under extreme convective thermal loads.

SPEC-264-CORE resolves this bottleneck by deriving a continuous, non-linear geometric radius adjustment curve for all internal 90-degree pipe divisions. By balancing the local shear stress tensor (\(\sigma _{ij}\)) directly against the Covariant Dynamic Sieve (CDS) network function, this specification establishes an exact geometric profile where the fluid's boundary layer friction (\(\tau \)) remains perfectly sub-critical (\(\tau \le \tau_{\text{crit}}\)). This guarantees absolute laminar stability across the chassis mesh even during a maximum 2.7303x viscosity scaling event, creating an open-source blueprint for self-stabilizing, high-velocity thermal management infrastructures.
