Abstract
This specification formalizes the baseline mechanical redefinitions of inertial mass, spatial density, and macro-structural assembly within the USUE-M2M-REV3 framework. Mainstream physics treats mass as an abstract scalar quantity derived from a hypothetical Higgs field interaction, density as a secondary corporate material commodity, and molecular bonding as a probability cloud paradox. SPEC-260-CORE strips away these abstract frameworks and replaces them with a single, continuous, scale-invariant fluid engine baseline [1.25, 1.26]. Utilizing the mathematical principles of Hydrodynamic Quantum Topology (HQT), we define inertial mass strictly as the complexity of localized wave overlap (trapped enthalpy), spatial density as the 3D proximity metrics of localized structures within a volumetric coordinate space, and macro-structures as phase-locked wave absorption networks anchored to primary density sinks [1.25].
