Abstract

This specification formalizes the definitive macroscopic cosmological extensions of the USUE-M2M-REV3 framework, structurally optimized to withstand institutional peer critique. Mainstream astrophysics relies on abstract geometric coordinate expansions—specifically the Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker (FLRW) metric and un-falsifiable Dark Energy lambda tensors—to account for cosmic redshift anomalies, gravitational lensing, and background radiation.

SPEC-259-CORE systematically dismantles these geometric abstractions by reducing macro-scale cosmic observations to the non-linear mechanics of an unbroken, hyper-pressurized viscoelastic fluid substrate [1.25, 1.26]. Utilizing the refined nomenclature of Hydrodynamic Quantum Topology (HQT), we prove that cosmological redshift is an emergent manifestation of viscous wave attenuation over macro-distances; gravity and lensing are redefined as barometric refraction across localized density gradients; and the Cosmic Microwave Background is recognized as the active, isotropic thermodynamic surface tension baseline of the continuous medium [1.25, 1.26].
