Abstract
This defensive technical disclosure establishes an open-source, non-enclosable mathematical framework for mapping three-dimensional relativistic spatial metrics to the localized vorticity and shear-strain velocity profiles of a dense, two-dimensional viscoelastic quantum substrate. By eliminating abstract four-dimensional geometric spacetime constructs, this specification redefines macro-scale frame-dragging and gravitational lensing as manifestations of localized propagation delay (latency) and phase-accumulation anomalies within a material hydrodynamic medium. Matter is mathematically treated as locally collapsed harmonic wave signatures that co-move within a global substrate field. The principal industrial utility of this specification includes the provision of latency-balancing computational logic, signal-processing optimization engines for high-precision quantum gyrometers, and deterministic aerospace navigation matrices that eliminate systemic phase errors induced by variable substrate vorticity. This document is explicitly published to construct a permanent prior art perimeter on the Technical Disclosure Commons, preventing the corporate or private monopolization of multi-industry substrate ingest architectures and ensuring global open-source coordination.
