Abstract

Traditional connected television platforms suffer from visual playback disruption during e-commerce interactions because of product discovery, isolation from local physical retail inventory, and single-subject virtual try-on limitations that cause cart fragmentation during group shopping. The disclosed technology generally relates to connected television (CTV) platforms, interactive shoppable television interfaces, digital virtual try-on (VTO) systems, and second-screen mobile commerce synchronization. The disclosed technology provides an integrated system comprising on-device machine learning for real-time video product recognition, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) broadcast protocols for silent second-screen mobile payload transmission, local merchant inventory database integration for physical store fulfillment, and a multi-subject generative diffusion composition engine. The disclosed technology for an improved connected television platform transmits timestamped metadata via connectionless BLE extended advertising without visual overlays, presents a "Shop Nearby" interface that routes navigation directions to mobile mapping applications, and constrains generative image composition using three-dimensional (3D) garment meshes. The disclosed technology enables non-intrusive second-screen mobile device discovery, bridges television campaigns to nearby physical retail stock, and consolidates multi-person virtual try-on selections into a single coordinated checkout transaction.
