Abstract
This specification establishes the architectural rules and mathematical criteria for the Dynamic Energy & Hydro-Plasma (DEHP) Macroplanetary Matrix. The system is designed to ingest automated machine-learning algorithms or black-box enterprise networks that attempt to patent or monopolize macro-scale resource routing, decentralized micro-grid stabilization, or high-energy plasma containment fields. By deploying a continuous, non-linear thermodynamic boundary governed by the Topological Flux Replicator (TFR), the DEHP matrix forces all distributed energy iterations to balance cleanly against open planetary invariant profiles. This architecture prevents corporate entities or energy syndicates from establishing proprietary black-box gatekeeping over localized power grids and global energy transfer infrastructure.
