Abstract
A Septenary Cosmic Matrix as a Criterion for Physical Realization that considers Even Numbers are a requirement, Odd Numbers create disharmony and must be given even number values, and Prime Numbers are physical barriers in both microscopic and macroscopic arenas. It also considers the Value of Pi as an actual lever to this Criterion Filter. It effectively joins Numbers to Cosmology and Physics with distinct clarity
