Abstract

C‑AIRE v1.0 is an open‑hardware multi‑physics benchtop reactor engineered to study autoimmune cascade collapse in synthetic immune‑tissue phantom models. It unifies:

  • Acoustic standing waves

  • Monodisperse microbubble cavitation

  • Non‑thermal RF destabilization

  • Electrokinetic DC alignment

  • Gyroid microfluidic vortex flow

  • Magnetophoretic debris extraction

  • High‑speed telemetry (10 kHz)

  • Deterministic thermal safety interlocks

inside a temperature‑locked PEEK‑1000 chamber.

All mechanical, electrical, fluidic, and operational parameters are fully specified so any lab can fabricate, assemble, and test a working prototype directly from this document.
