Abstract
Disclosed is a method for serving a recall request across nodes of an organisational agent memory such that the requester cannot infer the existence of records they are not authorised to see. A blocked recall is indistinguishable, to the requester, from a recall that found nothing. The disclosure pins the property to three observable equalities between the authorised view and the ground-truth view (result count, latency, and the form of the observable audit chain), establishes byte-identity of results as a fourth, separately provable property, and describes the mechanism that discharges them: the authorisation predicate is evaluated at the query layer before ranking rather than as a post-filter, the response envelope carries no status that distinguishes "blocked" from "empty", denials are recorded only in the serving side's own chain, and control flow is constant in the number of query rounds. Also disclosed are two failure modes that defeat the property in otherwise correct implementations: a distinguishable rejection branch inherited from a request/response pattern built for non-personal payloads, and a result cache keyed on less than the requester's identity.
