Abstract

The Arachne v8.7 is a physical, buildable Multi-Domain Structural Interposer and Isolation Chassis. It serves as the universal mechanical and electrical backbone for the entire Caldwell ecosystem, providing physically separated, shielded, and thermally managed mounting zones for every engine (MMRA-2.0, FDMS-1.0, CRFG-1R-2.0, etc.).

In engineering terms, "Structural Interposer Routing" is implemented as a Modular Backplane System featuring:

  1. Zoned Isolation: Physically separated compartments with independent grounding and shielding to prevent cross-domain interference (e.g., keeping high-current fluidic drivers away from sensitive EM sensors).

  2. Integrated Routing: Embedded high-speed data traces (Ethernet/PCIe), fluidic channels, and power rails within the chassis structure itself, reducing cable clutter and failure points.
